It's Pool Party Time!

When I came across this editorial on Fashion Gone Rouge, it really reminded me of my visit to Mallorca last year. Basically all we did for a week was lounge around the pool during the day and have fabulous home made meals at night. What an amazing time!

Outfit Of The Day: Floral Blouse

On saturday, I spent the afternoon in the city to buy a Zara dress that I have wanted for a long time. The weather was perfect for a blouse and shorts look that you can only wear around this time of the wear without dying of a heatstroke. If I can avoid it, I am never going to Zara in Zürich on the busiest day of the week again. It took me 20 minutes until I had a changing room and the same amount of time to pay for the dress, but whatever - it was worth it! Post coming soon!

Mini Trend - Caviar Manicure

I was reading Faces magazine today and came across this awesome new nail polish - Ciate's Caviar Manicure. It is the first 3D nail kit using caviar pearls to achieve a pearly textured look. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get my hands on this product because it is sold out, but it looks like application is really easy. Check out the website and watch the application video. The kits come on three different color - Rainbow, Black Pearl, and Mother of Pearl. Can't wait to try it out!

Minty Fresh - Essie's Turquoise and Caicos

Ever since the weather has gotten a bit warmer this year, I have been a sucker for green and blue polishes. If you are looking for a perfect polish to compliment your pastel outfits, this is the color for you. Turquoise and Caicos is a glossy mint green, which was part of the Resort 2010 collection. The formula is a little bit thin so I needed three coats until it was perfect. You will want to wear this color day and night, especially with your summer florals!

Saturday's Outfit: Zara Embroidered Shorts

I hope you all had an amazing weekend and enjoyed the sunshine! On Saturday, my boyfriend and I were invited to a BBQ at a friend's house. We spent all day eating and drinking and had a blast. The weather was absolutely perfect - we sat outside until 2 A.M until and were out of white wine. I wish it could be like this every weekend!
